History

The Two Brothers of Cardigan, Jones master from Bangor bound to Bristol with slates foundered on Sunday night in the Channel, Wicklow light six miles distant. It appears that she left Holyhead on Thursday and when off the "Bishops" on Saturday night was caught in gale of wind and began to make water fast. During the gale she drifted where she foundered, The crew saved them selves in their own boat and landed at Kingstown at an early hour on Monday morning.
