Joseph Hutchinson of Portsmouth from Alexandria to Limerick was wrecked on Monday from thirty or forty miles north-west of the Skelligs when the following persons were taken from the wreck by the Annie from Liverpool. Foster Master, Joseph Barret , John Howell , George Demstet , Wm.Jones , Henry Demstet , John Baston , James Mc Farlane , Charles Ingrim , Thomas Browne , John Mc Kay , and Robert Skillen seamen.
The crew were landed at Tralee and proceeded to Limerick where this day Messrs Ryan Brothers agents to the Marine Benevolent Society gave them every assistance and obtained for them the means of returning home.
